Workplace continues to demonstrate value by enabling more collaboration, productivity, overall efficiency and employee retention. So much so, that a composite organization based on interviewed customers using Workplace achieved a 207% return on investment in three years.

Forrester found companies using Workplace could increase employee retention by 9.9% using features that promote diversity and inclusion. The platform can also be used to help people find useful information about benefits and wellness, and makes it easier for them to celebrate achievements or recognize individual contributions.

Better collaboration and problem-solving

The latest study shows how Workplace can save knowledge workers thirty minutes a week by enabling them to share information faster through Groups, Workplace Chat, Knowledge Library and integrating with other tools.

And when teams are talking together, they’re better at working together, too. People using Workplace were able to share 32% more ideas with each other to help improve processes, products and services, according to the Forrester study.

Cost and time savings for comms leaders

Business communication professionals reported improvements to the reach and efficiency of their messages. By using features like Auto-Translate and Insights, comms teams can save approximately five hours per week.

Comms teams are able to save costs from decommissioning legacy communications tools and reducing email and intranet use in favor of Workplace. The Forrester study found these savings can be up to 80%.
